Vendor Application

The Camarillo Old Town Association: Heritage Days End of Summer Block Party is a five day event including a carnival, live music, vendors and classic car show. The Carnival and live music stages will commence on the Wednesday, July 10 - Sunday, July 14, 2024. The Saturday and Sunday will include a street closure and vendor village with classic car show. Heritage Days 2023 brought over 30,000 visitors to Old Town Camarillo during the event.

Vendor spaces are available on Saturday and Sunday.
Saturday - Sunday:
Get in is 6am-8am
Open to the public from 10am on both days
Close down on Saturday is 10pm

Close down on Sunday is 8pm

Vendor spaces are available for a single day (either Saturday or Sunday) for $225.

**It is important to note that these spaces will be situated in the vicinity of the carnival area rather than within the Street Fair. Additionally, we are specifically interested in vendors whose offerings resonate with the preferences of the younger demographic. As such, we will be selective in our vendor selection process. Upon approval from the COTA board, an email and QuickBooks invoice will be sent to you.**

Early Bird Pricing Through March 31st:

$375 Saturday & Sunday no electrical connection

$475 Saturday & Sunday with electrical connection

$425 Saturday & Sunday no electrical connection

$525 Saturday & Sunday with electrical connection 

 

The Process:

1. Fill out application below

2. Send a picture of your proof of insurance and list of what you sell to info@camarillooldtown.org (If needed, event insurance available contact us for more information)

3. Upon approval from the COTA board an email and Quick Books invoice will be sent to you

Please note the following:

 

All vendor booths are 10 feet by 10 feet. No water supplied.
 

Overnight security will be in place Saturday to Sunday.

 

You will be responsible for selling your merchandise and must provide your own point of sale system. Note that there is no guest Wi-Fi and vendors are highly encouraged to provide their own ‘hot spot’ for online sales.

 

You will be responsible for your own tables / chairs / display stands and any other materials.

If you use a generator it must be a QUIET generator.

​

If you use a vehicle to bring your items in the vehicle must be unhitched and parked elsewhere once the event starts.

​

This is a WASTE FREE event. All food containers must be certified compostable, recyclable, or reusable.

​

Cancellations:  If you cancel your space prior to June 30, 2024 there is a $150 processing charge.  If you cancel after June 30th there is no refund.

**This application is intended solely for retail vendors. If you operate a Temporary Food Facility (TFF), which includes the sale of food items, whether prepackaged or offered through open sampling, we kindly request that you complete the TFF Application (click under Food Truck & TFF Application).**

Do you have a business license for sales in Camarillo?
Do you have general liability insurance? Note that you will need to get a policy with a minimum of $1M of coverage with both Pleasant Valley School District and Camarillo Old Town Association named as also insured.
