Submitting the Band Application does not ensure participation. The Camarillo Old Town Association will use its discretion to choose the headliner and opening acts. Selected bands must sign an Event Services Agreement, outlining performance expectations and indemnification.

The Camarillo Old Town Association will be hosting its 3rd Annual Heritage Days Midsummer Fiesta, at 2222 Ventura Blvd., Camarillo, CA 93010 on July 10th - 14th, 2024. In addition to Heritage Days, the organization will also hold various other events throughout the year. Playing time for performers is expected to be during the hours of the event, typically lasting two hours per performance. To participate in any of our events, interested bands must adhere to the following guidelines: (1) Submit a completed Band Application to the Camarillo Old Town Association. (2) Completion of the Band Application does not guarantee participation. The selection of headliners and opening acts will be made at the discretion of the organization. (3) Selected bands will be required to sign an Event Services Agreement outlining performance expectations and hold harmless clauses. (4) Bands are expected to promote their participation in our events on their social media platforms and/or websites. (5) Participants should be mindful that these events are held outdoors and may be subject to inclement weather. The organization will only close the event under extreme weather conditions. Bands should understand that the organization will not accept responsibility for any damaged goods. Please note that while the above guidelines are specific to Heritage Days, they are also applicable to all other events organized by the Camarillo Old Town Association.
