camarillo merchant association (cma) MEMBEr VENDOR Application

The Heritage Days Midsummer Fiesta is a five-day event including a carnival, live music, food trucks, beer & wine zone, live art displays, vendors and classic car show.


This application only applies to Camarillo Merchant Association (CMA) Members located within the Heritage Days Street Closure.

If you are not in the Street Closure you may register for a space under the Vendor Space application.

Street Vendors will be open on Saturday, July 13th from 10:00am to 10:00pm, and Sunday, July 14th from 10:00am to 8:00pm.
Street closures begin by 5:00am on July 13.  Vendor access to the closure zone for check-in and set up begins at 6:00am.  All vehicles must exit by 9:00am.


  • 1 space at NO COST with current paid 2024 CMA Membership ($160)

  • Electricity $100


Vendors are responsible for:

  • Manning your space, the sale of merchandise and providing a point of sale system for purchases

  • A internet “hot spot” for online sales                                                              

  • Tables, chairs, display stands, lighting, and any other materials

  • Set up and clear out of all items brought to the event

Other Important Notes:


  • Ventura Blvd. Between the West end of Glenn Dr. at the crosswalk down to Fir St. will be closed to traffic by 5:00am on Saturday, July 13 through 8:00pm on Sunday, July 14, 2024.

  • Vendor check-in begins at 6:00am on Saturday, July 13.  The vendor check-in will be located at Fir St. between Wok & South Mongolian BBQ and Plush Med Spa.  Vehicle access for load in and set up will be provided.  All vehicles must exit the street closure by 9:00am.

  • All vendors must provide their own tent or canopy, tables, chairs and displays.

  • Vendors will be responsible for manning their own booth and the sale of any merchandise.

  • Vendors must provide their own point of sale system. Having a ‘hot spot’ for internet access is recommended.

  • Electricity can be made available to street vendors at a rate of $100.00.  Electricity access requests should be on the vendor application that electricity access is desired.

  • No water or utility hook ups will be available.
