The Camarillo Old Town Association: Heritage Days Midsummer Fiesta is a five day event including a carnival, live music, vendors and classic car show. The Carnival and live music stages will commence on the Wednesday, July 10 - Sunday, July 14, 2024. The Saturday and Sunday will include a street closure and vendor village with classic car show. Heritage Days 2023 brought over 30,000 visitors to Old Town Camarillo during the event.

The Hours of Operation are:

Wednesday 4pm – 10pm Carnival Only

Thursday 4pm – 10pm Carnival Only
Friday 4pm to 10pm Live Music and Carnival
Saturday 10am to 10pm Live Music and Carnival
Sunday 10am to 8pm Live Music and Carnival

 

Wednesday - Friday: 
Get in 3pm for set up
Open to the public at 4pm 
Close down on 10pm

Saturday - Sunday:
Get in is 8am
Open to the public from 10am on both days
Close down on Saturday is 10pm
Close down on Sunday is 8pm


There is no electrical connection and no water supplied.

The Process:

1. Fill out application below

2. Send a picture of your booth and list of what you sell to info@camarillooldtown.org

3. Upon approval from the COTA board an email and Quick Books invoice will be sent to you

Please note the following:

 

The pricing listed below is for one 10 feet by 10 feet booth or tent. If your TFF requires additional space, the pricing will be doubled.

 

You will be responsible for selling your food, must provide your own point of sale system, and please note that sales are not guaranteed. Note that there is limited guest wifi and vendors are highly encourage to provide their own 'hot spot' for online sales.

 

If you use a generator it must be a QUIET generator.

This is a WASTE FREE event. All food containers must be certified compostable, recyclable, or reusable.

Temporary Food Facilities (TFF) are required to submit their application by May 31st, 2024. 

Cancellations:  If you cancel your space prior to June 30, 2024 there is a 50% processing charge.  If you cancel after June 30th there is no refund.

Please specify whether you classify as Type 1 or Type 2:
Do you have a business license for sales in Camarillo?
Do you have general liability insurance? Note that you will need to get a policy with a minimum of $1M of coverage with both Pleasant Valley School District and Camarillo Old Town Association named as also insured.
