Want to Participate
in COTA Events?

If you would like to take part in our events, please take the following steps:

 

  • Complete the Business Intent to Participate form specific to the event.

  • Complete the ABC license application.

  • Provide a check for $25 made out to “ABC” for the purchase of your 1-Day Beer License. 

  • Provide a check for $50 made out to “COTA” for your participation in the event. This fee will be used by COTA for marketing and associated costs incurred in the preparation and running of the Beer March (Alternatively, you can opt to become a COTA Member for just $120 annually and automatically be included in all events with no extra fee.).

  • Mail all items to COTA at P.O. Box 2732, Camarillo, CA, 93011, or provide them in person/directly to COTA President Jeanne Sikoff at Zander's Game House, 2270 Ventura Boulevard, Camarillo, CA 93036 or call 805-383-9983 with questions on how to volunteer, become a sponsor, donate, and more. 

 

Please provide all required items to COTA no later than 3 weeks before each event.  All documents are legally required by the California Business and Professions Code and California Code of Regulations. Once your forms and payment have been received we will file all necessary paperwork on your behalf and forward all brewery and event participation details to you.
