Event Information:

  • Event Date: Sunday, March 16, 2025

  • Event Time: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

  • Vendor Setup Time: Begins at 11:30 AM. All booths must be fully set up by 12:00 PM (event check-in begins at 12pm). 

  • Pricing:

    • $50 for CMA Members

    • $75 for Non-Members

Application Process:

  1. Complete the application form below.

  2. Applications will be reviewed, and upon approval, you will receive a QuickBooks invoice for payment.

  3. Payment must be received within five (5) business days of approval to secure your booth.

Important Notes for Vendors:

  • Booth Size: Each vendor space is 10 feet by 10 feet.

  • Water & Electricity: Water is not supplied, and electricity is limited. Quiet generators are permitted but must not disrupt other vendors.

  • Internet Access: No guest Wi-Fi is available. Vendors are strongly encouraged to bring their own hotspot for online transactions.

  • Equipment: Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, chairs, display stands, signage, and other necessary materials.

  • Vehicles: Vehicles must be unloaded promptly, unhitched, and parked in designated areas by 12:00 PM.

  • Merchandise Sales: Vendors are fully responsible for handling their sales, including providing their own point-of-sale system.

Refund Policy:

  • All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or inclement weather.

Additional Guidelines:

  • Vendors must ensure their booths are presentable and safe throughout the event.

  • All trash and materials must be removed by the vendor at the end of the event.

Do you have a business license for sales in Camarillo?
Do you have general liability insurance? Note that you will need to get a policy with a minimum of $1M of coverage with both Pleasant Valley School District and Camarillo Old Town Association named as also insured.
